Rug Cleaning
Q: I just had my rug cleaned by a carpet cleaner but it still looks dull.
A: You'll probably find your rug is still full of dust and grit. We use a powerfull rug duster to remove dry soil before we start to wash the rug. Take a look at our rug cleaning page to see the machine in action.

Q: My dog/cat/husband had a bit of an accident. Now my rug is very smelly. Can this awful smell be removed?
A: Contaminated rugs can get very stinky but the longer you leave it the smell will go away by its self.
WRONG.
What's happening is that you are getting used to the smell and don't notice it so much. Nature makes V,P & P as we call it, smelly because it's unhealthy and you should keep away from it. The deodorizing techniques we employ include antibacterial wash, ultra violet light and elbow grease to get rid of the smell. V,P & P = Vomit, Pee & Poo....
